Asana is Sanskrit for posture. A woman and her body are most powerful while she is bringing new life in to this world. Her posture, her strength and those that surround her will change her life forever.
Doula is Greek for woman who serves. We are mother’s helpers. We are there to guide, to serve, to comfort and to simply help. We are there to help strengthen the bond between the mother and the partner with direction when needed.
My aim is to support, educate and comfort mothers and partners no matter the path they have chosen for birth.
